Role Description This is a full time, on-site Health Safety Environment (HSE) Engineer role based in Halol. The HSE Engineer will develop, implement, and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in line with local regulations and company standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting workplace risk assessments, inspections, and audits; identifying hazards; and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role involves coordinating incident reporting and investigation, maintaining HSE documentation, and supporting compliance with occupational health and safety requirements. The HSE Engineer will also plan and deliver safety trainings, promote safety awareness among employees,



collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to integrate HSE best practices, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across the site. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with practical experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Candidates should possess Environment Health and Safety (EHS) expertise, including familiarity with environmental regulations, waste management, and pollution prevention practices.
• Candidates should possess Safety Engineering skills, including risk assessment, hazard analysis, and the design of safety controls and preventive measures.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities, with experience delivering HSE awareness programs, toolbox talks, and skills-based safety training.
• Relevant degree or diploma in engineering, occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related discipline with 5 to 6 years of experience.
• Knowledge of applicable Indian HSE legislation, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
