Role Description The Production Operator role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Samarth BioEnergy facility in Sangli. The Production Operator will operate and monitor biomass pellet production machines, ensuring efficient, safe, and continuous operation in line with standard operating procedures. Day-to-day tasks include feeding raw materials into production lines, adjusting machine settings, performing basic equipment checks, and reporting any operational issues. The role involves maintaining quality standards by checking pellet specifications, documenting production data,



and following established quality control processes. The Production Operator will also collaborate with team members, follow safety guidelines, support routine maintenance activities, and participate in training to improve skills and process awareness. Qualifications

• Basic technical aptitude, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting production targets.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in mechanical or industrial disciplines is an advantage.
