Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and prepare screening questions.
• Use ATS platforms and AI-powered tools to support candidate screening and evaluation.
• Coordinate interviews, HR screening calls, technical assessments, and candidate follow-ups.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and interviewers to track candidate progress and feedback.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Support onboarding and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Employee Engagement & HR Operations
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Support onboarding, employee communication, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. Employer Branding & Process Improvement
• Support recruitment marketing, social media content, and employer branding initiatives.
• Explore AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and streamline HR workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications




• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and familiarity with LinkedIn or job portals is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Keen Interest in HR, recruitment, employer branding, and AI tools. Preferred Qualities
• Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and proactive.
• Robust attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take ownership, and a problem-solving mindset. Prior experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We value curiosity, enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine willingness to learn and grow. Note: This is a paid internship.
