• Lead and mentor the performance marketing team while staying hands-on with campaigns.
• Manage Meta Ads and B2B lead generation across 15+ brands.
• Drive qualified MQLs, SQLs, sales opportunities, and conversions.
• Build and optimise end-to-end acquisition funnels.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, creatives, retargeting, and campaign scaling.
• Track CPL, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
• Explore ChatGPT, AI tools, automation, and emerging acquisition channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Creative, and Leadership teams to drive measurable growth. What We’re Looking For:



✅ 4–6 years of performance or growth marketing experience. ✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager. ✅ Proven experience in B2B lead generation and high-ticket acquisition. ✅ Experience managing multiple brands, campaigns, or accounts. ✅ Solid understanding of MQLs, SQLs, funnel optimisation, and CRM analytics. ✅ Prior experience leading or mentoring a team. ✅ A data-driven mindset with a strong interest in AI and automation.
