Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Kolkata. The Customer Service Representative will respond to inquiries from current and prospective clients, providing accurate information about properties, services, and processes. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, emails, and in-person queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in relevant systems. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to follow up on client requests, supporting property visits or documentation processes, and ensuring a smooth, professional customer experience.

• Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including experience in Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service.
• Candidates should possess skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess abilities related to Customer Experience, focusing on creating positive, consistent interactions across all touchpoints.
• Strong communication skills in English (and local languages), with transparent spoken and written abilities.
• Comfort using phones, email, and basic computer applications; prior experience with CRM or ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, patience, and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with diverse customers.
