Bengaluru About The Tamarind Tree The Tamarind Tree is a heritage wedding venue in Bengaluru, known for its distinctive setting and memorable wedding celebrations. We are looking for a proactive and personable Sales Executive to guide prospective clients through their venue selection journey and help convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
• Client & Property Tours: Welcome prospective clients and conduct property tours, showcasing the venue’s spaces, features, and suitability for their wedding celebrations.
• Client Coordination: Understand client requirements, answer queries, and provide relevant information about the venue, facilities, and booking process.
• Enquiry Management: Respond to incoming enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels in a timely and skilled manner.
• Follow-ups & Conversions: Follow up with prospective clients, nurture leads, address concerns, and drive bookings.
• Email Communication: Draft and send proposals, venue details, quotations, and other client-related communications.
• Query Resolution: Clarify client doubts,



coordinate internally to obtain accurate information, and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Sales Coordination: Maintain records of enquiries, client interactions, property visits, and follow-up schedules.
• Internal Coordination: Work with relevant teams to ensure clients receive consistent information and a seamless experience throughout the sales process. Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, client servicing, hospitality, event management, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A confident, presentable, and client-friendly personality.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements, handle objections, and build trust.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office tools.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, depending on client visits and business requirements.
