We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Wedding Decor Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming client visions into breathtaking physical realities. You will oversee the visual layout of weddings from initial concept mood boards and 3D renderings to hands-on, on-site execution. The ideal candidate possesses a flawless eye for colour, texture, and spatial design, paired with the practical, technical knowledge required to coordinate with fabrication teams and vendors under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Concept Development: Meet with clients to understand their vision and translate it into cohesive design concepts, color palettes, and comprehensive mood boards.
• Spatial Layouts & 3D Renderings: Design detailed floor plans and 3D visual renderings (using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools) to pitch layouts to clients and provide blueprints for production.
• Material & Floral Curation: Select and source specific fabrics, floral arrangements, lighting elements, furniture, and prop inventory that align with the chosen theme.
• In office Art Direction: Supervise the ground crew, florists, and technicians during setup to ensure the execution matches the approved design flawlessly.
• Vendor Coordination:



Work closely with structural fabricators, production vendors, and printing teams to ensure all custom props and backdrops are built to safety and aesthetic standards. Required Technical Qualifications & Skills
• Design Software Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3D modeling software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or 3ds Max) is highly preferred.
• Technical Decor Knowledge: Deep understanding of floral styling, fabric drapy techniques, structural trussing/rigging rules, and event lighting principles.
• Portfolio: A verifiable design portfolio demonstrating diverse themes (e.g., traditional royal, modern minimal, pastel bohemian) from past live events. Preferred Experience & Education

2–5 years of professional experience specifically in wedding decor design or luxury event production.

A degree or diploma in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, Fashion Communication, Fine Arts, or a certified course in Event Design.
