Role Description The Customer Support Team Leader at CreditSea is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role oversees daily operations of the customer support team, ensuring timely and effective handling of customer inquiries related to payday loans, account issues, and platform usage. The Team Leader monitors performance metrics, coaches team members, and implements best practices to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities include managing escalation cases, coordinating with technical and product teams to resolve complex issues, and refining support processes based on customer feedback and data insights. The role also involves scheduling, training new team members, and contributing to documentation and knowledge base resources to enhance efficiency and consistency. Qualifications
• Strong customer interaction capabilities with proven skills in Customer Support and service delivery.
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Support, preferably in the Fintech, NBFC, Banking, or related industry.
• Proven experience in team handling and performance management.
• Ability to manage a team of around 30 employees.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in escalation management, grievance handling, and reporting.
• Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
• Salary up to ₹40,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
