Role Description The Asset Optimisation Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Silvassa. This position is responsible for monitoring the performance and utilization of plant and equipment, identifying opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and lifecycle costs. The role involves collecting and analyzing operational data, coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance activities, and supporting the implementation of asset management strategies and standards. The Asset Optimisation Executive collaborates closely with operations, maintenance, and project teams to plan asset upgrades, minimize downtime,



and ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. The role also includes preparing regular performance reports, maintaining accurate asset records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the facility. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical and operational data for asset performance improvement.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of asset management principles, preventive and predictive maintenance practices, and basic reliability engineering concepts.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with industrial equipment and processes, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or related sectors.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using MS Office and relevant software tools for reporting, data analysis, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Candidates should possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or related discipline) or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Candidates should possess a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement, with the ability to work on-site in a structured industrial environment.
• Relevant experience in asset optimisation, maintenance planning, or plant operations will be considered an advantage.
