We specialize in Building Information Modeling (BIM), architectural and engineering services, MEP coordination, and 3D laser scanning, delivering technology-driven solutions for projects across the United States.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and mandatory experience working on US-based projects. The ideal candidate should have strong architectural modeling skills, knowledge of US architectural standards, and the ability to deliver accurate BIM models and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and construction documentation.
• Work on US-based architectural projects while following applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Perform model reviews, identify design inconsistencies, and resolve coordination issues.
• Maintain BIM model accuracy and comply with project-specific BIM standards and workflows.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, BIM coordinators, and project teams.




• Support the preparation of shop drawings, as-built drawings, and detailed documentation as required.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy. Required Qualifications & Skills
• Minimum 5 years of professional BIM experience in architectural projects.
• Mandatory experience working on US-based projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM modeling.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
• Understanding of US architectural standards, codes, and construction practices.
• Experience coordinating architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and model quality checks.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with international teams. Advantages
