Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, participating in promotional events, and providing training or product orientation to clients and partner teams as needed.



The specialist will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer engagement strategies. Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Sales skills with the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
• Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, orientations, or basic training sessions to clients and partners.
• Sales Management skills such as planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting performance against targets.
• Prior experience in education technology, software, or services sales is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Hyderabad and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with common office productivity tools and CRM or sales tracking software.
