The organization emphasizes long-term partnerships built on trust with institutions, agents, and clients. Role Description This is a full time, on-site Tele-Sales Associate role based in Srinagar. The Tele-Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers over phone calls to explain loan products, clarify eligibility criteria, and guide them through the application process. The role involves generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate call records, and following up with customers to ensure timely completion of documentation.



The Tele-Sales Associate will work closely with internal teams and partner institutions to meet sales targets while adhering to compliance and quality standards. Daily responsibilities also include handling customer queries professionally, updating CRM or tracking tools, and contributing feedback to improve scripts and outreach strategies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English/Hindi and active listening.
• Candidates should possess sales and customer service skills, such as persuasive calling, objection handling, and relationship-building.
• Candidates should possess basic computer and documentation skills, including data entry, CRM usage, and accurate record-keeping.
• Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
• Prior experience in tele-sales, call centers, or financial services sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to learn loan products and compliance requirements quickly and apply them consistently during customer interactions.
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
• Comfort working from the Srinagar office and meeting performance targets in a structured, team-oriented environment.
