About the Role
We are looking for a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer who can train students in digital marketing concepts, tools, and practical implementation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience and the ability to explain concepts clearly, conduct practical sessions, and help students develop job-ready digital marketing skills. The candidate will be responsible for delivering training sessions, designing learning activities, guiding students through live projects, and keeping the curriculum aligned with current digital marketing trends and industry practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Student Training: Conduct training sessions on digital marketing concepts, strategies, tools, and industry practices.
• Social Media Marketing (SMM): Train students in social media strategy, content planning, account management, and performance analysis.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Teach keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO fundamentals, and website optimization.
• Paid Advertising: Provide practical training in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization.
• Content Marketing: Guide students in content planning, content strategy, copywriting basics, and digital content creation.
• Analytics & Reporting: Train students to use analytics tools and interpret campaign performance reports.
• Practical Assignments: Design assignments, case studies, and hands-on exercises to strengthen students' understanding.
• Live Project Guidance: Help students apply their knowledge to practical projects and real-world marketing scenarios.




• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Curriculum Development: Update training materials and lesson plans according to industry trends and changing digital marketing tools.
• Career Guidance: Help students prepare for interviews, build portfolios, and understand digital marketing career opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of practical experience in digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital marketing analytics.
• Hands-on experience with relevant digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in easy, easy-to-understand language.
• Strong classroom management, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students develop practical skills. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidates with agency experience or hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
• Individuals who can combine theoretical knowledge with practical demonstrations.
• Candidates comfortable training beginners and students with different learning levels.
• A proactive learner who stays updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
