Position Overview We are looking for an experienced and strategic SAP FICO Practice Head / Senior SAP FICO Delivery Leader who can lead, guide, and mentor a team of 50–100 SAP consultants. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader and trusted advisor who provides direction, builds capabilities, manages client relationships, and drives delivery excellence. This role is intended for a leader who can guide and enable teams rather than simply execute assigned tasks. The candidate should have deep expertise in SAP FICO and related technologies, along with a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, SAP Joule, and emerging SAP innovations. Required Qualifications and Experience
• Overall 16–17+ years of experience in SAP, with significant experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong hands-on and leadership experience in:
• SAP Finance and Controlling
• SAP S/4HANA Finance




• Financial accounting and management accounting
• Integration with MM, SD, PP, PS, and other SAP modules
• SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or related technologies
• SAP BTP, analytics, automation, or other relevant SAP platforms
• Proven experience leading or managing large SAP teams, preferably 50–100 consultants.
• Experience managing multiple projects, programs, or delivery units.
• Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence in SAP, including familiarity with SAP Joule and intelligent enterprise capabilities.
• Experience working with global clients and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP implementation, support, upgrade, and transformation programs.
