As we grow, we are strengthening our finance function and looking for a Chartered Accountant who will own accounting quality, compliance and financial insight. ROLE OVERVIEW The Chartered Accountant will manage core finance operations at CreditSea, including financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, audits and controls. The role works closely with the leadership team, operations and external stakeholders, and supports business decisions with accurate and timely financial information.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as per Ind AS / Indian GAAP.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing, including reconciliations, provisions, accruals and MIS reporting.
• Ensure timely compliance with direct and indirect tax requirements, including TDS, GST and income tax filings.
• Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits and manage auditor queries through to closure.
• Support regulatory compliances and reporting relevant to a lending / NBFC environment, including RBI, ROC and other statutory filings.
• Review loan accounting, income recognition, ECL / provisioning and reconciliation of disbursements and collections.
• Manage cash flow,



fund tracking and lender / investor reporting, along with MIS and variance analysis for management.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies and process documentation.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, and drive process improvements and automation in finance operations. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI member) with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in NBFC, fintech, banking, financial services or audit / assurance (Big 4 or reputed firm) is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, Companies Act, Income Tax Act and GST.
• Hands-on experience with accounting software / ERP (Tally, Zoho, SAP or similar) and advanced Excel skills. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
