Role Description The Sr Manager – Investment Banking is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for originating and executing investment banking mandates, including equity and debt transactions, M&A; deals, strategic advisory service, CFO services and structured finance solutions for clients across sectors. Day-to-day activities include financial modeling, valuation analysis, preparing pitch books and transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with internal teams, clients, investors,



and lenders. The Sr Manager will lead deal negotiations, manage end-to-end transaction processes, and contribute to strategic advisory assignments such as business plan reviews and capital structure optimization. The role also involves mentoring team members, supporting business development initiatives, and ensuring high professional standards in client delivery. Qualifications
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, valuation, and data interpretation.
• Expertise in finance and investment banking, with hands-on experience in transactions and capital markets.
• Experience in investments and portfolio or deal evaluation across different asset classes or sectors.
• Proficiency in due diligence, including financial, business, and commercial analysis and risk assessment.
• Advanced knowledge of corporate finance concepts, M&A; structures, and debt/equity instruments.
• Postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, MBA) are an advantage.
• Proven track record in leading deal execution and managing stakeholder relationships with clients, investors, and lenders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, manage multiple mandates, and lead cross-functional teams.
