3–4 Years About Clocknext: At Clocknext, we're building the next-generation pricing and billing infrastructure for AI-native applications. As AI products evolve from simple SaaS tools to autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows, traditional billing systems are struggling to keep up. We're rethinking how AI companies measure usage, manage costs, design pricing models, and monetize their products. We're looking for a Product Manager who thinks AI-first, understands technology, and loves solving complex customer problems to help us shape the future of AI monetization.

What You'll Do
• Own product features end-to-end: From understanding customer problems and defining requirements to prioritization, execution, launch, and iteration.
• Think AI-first: Explore how AI can transform product experiences, workflows, and business models.
• Work closely with engineering: Collaborate with engineers on APIs, integrations, data models, workflows, and technical product decisions.
• Understand customer needs: Engage with customers, especially AI startups and SaaS companies, to uncover problems and translate them into product opportunities.
• Drive product discovery: Research markets, analyze competitors, identify gaps, and validate ideas through customer feedback and experimentation.
• Build for developers: Help create intuitive, reliable, API-first products that developers can easily integrate into their applications.
• Make data-driven decisions: Define success metrics, analyze product usage, and continuously improve adoption and customer outcomes.
• Move fast: Work in a startup environment where you can take ownership, experiment,



and see the direct impact of your decisions. What We're Looking For:
• 3–4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• A strong technology background, with the ability to understand technical concepts and engage in meaningful discussions with engineering teams.
• An AI-first mindset, with genuine curiosity about AI applications, LLMs, AI agents, and emerging product possibilities.
• Experience translating ambiguous customer problems into clear product requirements and actionable roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup workplace with evolving requirements and a high degree of ownership.
• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. Good to Have:
• Experience working on developer tools, APIs, platform products, or infrastructure products.
• Familiarity with usage-based pricing, subscription billing, payments, or SaaS monetization.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools or experimenting with LLM-powered applications.
