The company values professionals who prefer building new solutions over maintaining legacy systems. Role Description The Performance Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social, display, and app-install networks to drive user acquisition and revenue growth. The Performance Marketing Manager will manage budgets,



monitor campaign performance, run A/B tests, and use analytics to improve ROI and customer lifetime value. They will collaborate closely with product, growth, and design teams to refine messaging, landing pages, and funnels, while ensuring consistent brand positioning. The role also includes reporting on key performance metrics, identifying new growth opportunities, and staying current with digital marketing trends and tools. ✓ 5 to 7 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally with real budget ownership rather than just managing an agency. ✓ Proven ability to independently manage Meta and Google (Search, Display, YouTube) end to end at meaningful scale, with no agency in between. ✓ Solid grip on CAC, LTV, ROAS and unit economics, and the ability to explain and defend your numbers. ✓ Comfortable using AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, etc.) to produce ad creatives yourself. ✓ Resourceful and hands-on, comfortable figuring things out without much hand-holding
