Role Description The General Manager role at KEYROCK MINING SOLUTIONS is a full time, hybrid position based in Hyderabad. The General Manager oversees daily operations, including sales and service activities, supply chain and inventory management, and coordination with global equipment manufacturers. This role involves developing and executing business strategies, managing budgets, and tracking performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and profitability. The General Manager leads cross-functional teams, mentors team members, and fosters a culture of customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities also include maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business opportunities, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and representing the company at industry events and partner meetings. Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within mining, construction equipment, or industrial distribution environments.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain diverse teams.
• Proficiency in business strategy, financial planning, and budgeting to manage growth and profitability.
• Experience in sales management, key account handling, and customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and inventory management practices.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret performance metrics, and make informed, timely decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with safety standards, regulatory compliance, and sustainability practices relevant to mining and construction sectors.
• Comfort with using business software and digital tools for reporting, CRM, and collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field; a postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
