Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients across securities and insurance products. Day-to-day activities include engaging with existing and prospective clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending appropriate banking, investment, and insurance solutions. The role involves maintaining regular communication, addressing client queries, ensuring timely service delivery, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues. The Relationship Manager will track client accounts, monitor product performance,



and support cross-selling and up-selling initiatives while adhering to regulatory and company policies. This position requires consistent in-person interaction, follow-up meetings, and reporting on client activity and business growth to relevant stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
• Knowledge of banking, securities, and insurance products, along with an understanding of basic investment and risk management concepts.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and negotiate when needed.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs, interpret data, and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage a client portfolio, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards
