Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Website Designer & Manager. The role involves designing, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s website to reflect the brand’s Japanese-inspired aesthetic and professional skincare positioning. Day-to-day tasks include creating and updating web pages, managing site layout and navigation, ensuring mobile-friendly and responsive design, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to publish new content and campaigns. The Website Designer & Manager will also oversee basic front-end implementation, coordinate graphics and visual assets, monitor website performance and usability, and ensure a consistent, user-friendly experience.



The role requires ongoing testing, troubleshooting, and improvements to support brand growth and online customer engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess extremely strong Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills to create visually appealing, user-centered layouts across devices.
• Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills to develop brand-aligned visuals, banners, and imagery for the website.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills to implement and modify website features using modern web technologies.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic SEO principles to support website visibility.
• Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into digital experiences.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams on-site in Noida.
• Relevant experience in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands, and a degree or certification in design, computer science, or related fields, are beneficial.
