We are looking for a business development intern at Cresco. This is not a "send emails and update spreadsheets" role. You will be working directly with the founder, finding the right clients, starting conversations, and closing them. If you are the kind of person who does not wait to be told what to do, can talk to anyone without overthinking it, and knows how to use AI tools to work faster than everyone else, read on. What you will be doing: Research potential clients, run cold outreach on email and LinkedIn, follow up until you get a response, and convert those conversations into real meetings and projects. You own the pipeline from first message to signed deal. What we are looking for: Strong communication, both written and spoken. Someone who can hold a conversation, build trust quickly, and not crumble when someone says no. Proactive to the point where you are already three steps ahead. Comfortable using AI tools to research, write, and move faster. Prior experience does not matter as much as attitude and drive. Details:
