Experience in composite design and manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D CAD models, assemblies, manufacturing drawings, bills of materials and technical specifications.
- Design compact mechanical assemblies, pressure-containing components, manifolds, valves, piping, sealing arrangements and equipment enclosures.
- Perform engineering calculations for strength, pressure, flow, heat transfer, tolerances and component sizing.
- Conduct or coordinate structural, thermal, vibration and fatigue analysis, supported by physical testing.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, control electronics, wiring and fluid connections into reliable, serviceable mechanical assemblies.
- Select materials, seals, coatings and manufacturing processes based on operating conditions, fluid compatibility, weight and durability.
- Develop prototypes, test rigs, fixtures and assembly tooling; support fabrication, assembly, troubleshooting and design improvements.
- Prepare test plans and support pressure, leak, functional, endurance and environmental testing.
- Work closely with electronics,

embedded systems, manufacturing, quality and procurement teams.
- Coordinate with suppliers and machining vendors to ensure component quality, manufacturability and timely delivery.
- Maintain design documentation, revision control, test records and engineering change documentation.
- Support transition from prototype development to repeatable production through assembly procedures, inspection criteria and process improvements. Essential Qualifications & Skills
- B.
E./B.
Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Siemens NX or an equivalent 3D CAD platform.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerance stack-ups and design for manufacturing and assembly.
- Sound fundamentals in mechanics, machine design, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics and heat transfer.
- Practical understanding of machining, sheet metal fabrication, joining, sealing and mechanical assembly.
- Experience developing and testing physical hardware, including investigating failures and implementing corrective actions.
- Ability to prepare clear technical documentation and work independently while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. Preferred Experience — Composites & Advanced Manufacturing Experience in one or more of the following will be particularly valuable:
- Carbon fibre, glass fibre, aramid and UHMWPE composite materials.
- Filament winding of composite cylinders,

tubes or structural components, including liner interfaces, tooling and winding-process considerations.
- High-pressure and elevated-temperature composite consolidation, including hydroclave, autoclave, compression moulding or matched-die processing.
- Prepreg lay-up, vacuum bagging, resin infusion, adhesive bonding and controlled curing.
- Design of lightweight composite structures, sandwich panels, inserts and composite-to-metal joints.
- Development of moulds, mandrels, fixtures and tooling for composite manufacturing.
- Manufacturing process control, including resin content, fibre orientation, void reduction, dimensional consistency and inspection. Additional Experience That Would Be Helpful
- High-pressure gas systems, pressure vessels, regulators and leak-tight assemblies.
- Compact fluid delivery systems, pumps, valves and flow-control hardware.
- Thermal management of electrochemical or electrical equipment.
- Aerospace mechanisms, rotating equipment, hose-handling assemblies or actuator-driven systems.
- Hardware designed for vibration, shock, temperature variation and demanding operating environments.
- Design reviews, failure mode and effects analysis, root-cause analysis and qualification testing. What We Value We are looking for an engineer who enjoys building and testing hardware, takes ownership of engineering problems and can balance performance, weight, reliability, cost and manufacturability. Candidates with strong practical development experience are encouraged to apply even if their background does not cover every preferred area. To Apply
• Please share your CV along with a brief summary or portfolio of relevant design, prototyping, testing or manufacturing work, highlighting your individual contribution. Include your current location, notice period and compensation expectations.
