Key Responsibilities
Test Automation Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.
- Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices in test automation. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in test automation. Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to ensure thorough testing.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery efforts. Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide regular status updates on test automation progress and challenges.
- Document test automation frameworks, processes, and best practices. Required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+years in test automation.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming.
- Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and related tools.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).
- Experience with other automation tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).
- Knowledge of performance and security testing.
- Familiarity with cloud testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).
- Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
