Role Description The Assistant Vice President is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the Delhi-NCR Area. This position is responsible for driving business growth, overseeing key client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations across assigned business units or verticals. Day-to-day activities include setting and monitoring performance targets, reviewing financial and operational metrics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as sales, underwriting, customer service, and compliance. The role involves leading and mentoring team members, participating in strategic planning, and implementing process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.



The Assistant Vice President also represents the company in high-level internal and external meetings, supports regulatory and audit requirements, and contributes to new product or service initiatives. Qualifications
• Strong leadership, people management, and team development capabilities, with experience overseeing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and performance management within financial services or insurance.
• Solid understanding of insurance products, operations, and regulatory frameworks; experience with policy administration or claims processes is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret financial and operational reports, and make informed decisions to improve outcomes.
• Proven experience in process improvement, risk management, and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Insurance, or a related field; a postgraduate degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., in insurance or risk management) are preferred.
• Comfort working in a rapid-paced, on-site environment in the Delhi-NCR Area and collaborating across diverse teams and functions.
