Key Responsibilities
• Processing mutual fund transactions including purchases, redemptions, SIPs, and switches.
• Assisting with client onboarding and KYC documentation
• Coordinating with AMCs, RTAs, and clients for transaction-related queries
• Maintaining accurate records and updating client investment data
• Preparing transaction reports, portfolio summaries, and MIS reports
• Ensuring timely execution and reconciliation of transactions
• Supporting compliance and documentation requirements
• Handling basic client communication via email and phone
• Monitoring SIP renewals,



pending transactions, and follow-ups
• Assisting the team with daily operational and administrative tasks Preferred Skills
• Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products
• Knowledge of MS Excel and email communication
• Valuable analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the financial services industry Eligibility: Fresh graduates or candidates who have completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or a related field (B.
Com, BAF, BBA, BMS, etc.) within the last one year, with good verbal and written communication skills.
