Key Responsibilities
• Perform piping stress analysis using tools such as CAESAR II / AutoPIPE
• Prepare stress models, analyze results, and generate stress reports
• Support development of stress isometrics, critical line lists, and design documentation
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications
• Coordinate with piping layout, process, and support teams for design inputs
• Assist in support selection, flexibility analysis, and load calculations
• Review vendor data and provide inputs for stress-related aspects
• Address site queries and assist in resolving stress-related issues Key Skills
• Working knowledge of piping stress analysis tools (CAESAR II / AutoPIPE)
• Familiarity with ASME B31 codes and piping standards
• Understanding of thermal expansion, flexibility, and support design
• Basic knowledge of interdisciplinary coordination in EPC projects Behavioural Competencies
