Position Overview: We are urgently looking for an experienced Tube-in-Tube Sterilizer Operator to oversee and optimize our thermal sterilization processes, ensuring high-quality standards, safety, and continuous plant operations.

Salary:
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain the 5 TPH tube-in-tube sterilizer and associated thermal systems.



Ensure accurate temperature, pressure, and flow control during sterilization and aseptic packaging cycles. Monitor CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) procedures to maintain strict hygiene standards. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues promptly to minimize downtime. Collaborate with the production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth shift operations.
