Role: HR Process Transformation Head (Fractional)

Location:
Remote JD: We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong knowledge of India recruitment processes to lead end-to-end ATS implementation and recruitment workflow design.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the Zoho developer to configure and customize Zoho Recruit.
• Design workflows covering sourcing, screening, submissions, interview scheduling, salary negotiation, offers, and onboarding.
• Migrate candidate data and establish searchable talent pools and bench management processes.
• Incorporate India-specific requirements, including current and expected CTC, notice period, joining availability, work location,



and employment type.
• Implement integrations, automation, and recruitment reporting dashboards.
• Lead testing, user training, documentation, and successful go-live. Mandatory

Skills:
• Strong experience in India IT recruitment and recruitment operations.
• Proven ownership of end-to-end ATS implementation, preferably Zoho Recruit or similar.
• Expertise in candidate database development, talent pool building, and bench management.
• Ability to translate recruitment requirements into clear specifications for developers.
