We are looking to expand our client portfolio and build relationships with ambitious brands, businesses and organisations. The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced freelance Business Development Partner who can help us identify new business opportunities, open doors to potential clients and convert relationships into meaningful business for BMU. This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who understands the agency and marketing ecosystem and has the confidence and network to engage with decision-makers. What You Will Do
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for BMU.
• Leverage your professional network to connect with relevant decision-makers.
• Initiate conversations and arrange qualified meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and connect them with BMU's relevant capabilities.




• Work with our leadership team on proposals, pitches and closing opportunities.
• Build long-term client relationships and develop repeat business. Who We Are Looking For
• Experience in business development, client servicing, account management or sales within advertising, digital marketing, creative agencies, consulting or related industries.
• A strong qualified network among brands, corporates, startups or growing businesses.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes rather than activity alone. Compensation Model This is a commission-based freelance engagement. You earn an attractive pre-agreed commission on business successfully generated and revenue collected by BMU.
