Dermatouch is a fast-growing Indian dermo-cosmetic skincare brand focused on delivering clinically backed skincare solutions. We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to support our growing team and help us attract the right talent.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Handle recruitment for sales, marketing, digital marketing, operations, and other business functions.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.




• Use ATS/CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines; Zoho Recruit experience is an advantage. Requirements
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing, communication, and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment processes.​
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced setting.
