India What you will be doing: Works in conjunction with the internal and external support teams and shares responsibility for the monitoring, support, installation, configuration, database management, and operation of enterprise database platforms for the client. Works as part of the Technology Services Team to maintain all database related assets, applications, and services Required Skills & Experience 2 ● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. ● Industry certifications will be considered along with experience for non-degreed candidates. ● 5 – 7 years of experience providing enterprise database administration services. ● Strong working knowledge of relational database concepts and architecture. ● Solid working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration and management.



● Experience supporting multiple database environments including SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and cloud-native database platforms. ● Experience configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting transactional SQL replication. ● Experience with query tuning, execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, and performance optimization. ● Experience implementing and maintaining backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions. ● Working knowledge of database security, encryption, auditing, and access controls. ● Experience with database monitoring and performance management tools. ● Open to on-call weekend rotation once every 3 weeks. Soft Skills ● Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. ● Ability to work independently and within a team environment. ● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. ● Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate, diagram and document complex engineering concepts.
