Experience:
1+ year Duty / Shift: 8 hours + Emergency Leaves (monthly): 04 weekly offs + 12 CL till consultant on MG + other leaves as per hospital policy Convenient time to call: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM Skills Required
• MS/DNB in General Surgery with MCh/DNB in Neurosurgery
• Comprehensive management of Neurosurgical disorders
• Brain & Spine Surgery
• Neuro Trauma & Emergency Neurosurgery
• Cranial & Spinal Procedures
• Neuro-oncology exposure preferred
• Vascular Neurosurgery exposure preferred
• Management of Neuro ICU patients
• Pre-operative & Post-operative Neurosurgical Care
• Emergency & Trauma Management
• NABH Standards & Clinical Quality Compliance
• Patient Safety & Infection Prevention
• Clinical Documentation & Audit
• HMIS/Electronic Medical Records Knowledge
• Multidisciplinary Team Coordination
