Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
• Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Execution Oversight: Direct and monitor all phases of project execution, ensuring compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety standards.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives effectively.
• Budget Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within approved financial parameters.
• Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.




• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure timely completion.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and regulatory authorities, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones. Preferred Candidate Profile
• Graduate in B.tech/B.
E (Civil) with 12
- 18 years’ experience in Highrise, & Institutional
• Candidate shall be responsible for the Project Execution and operations according to the stipulated terms of the contract
