Hiring: Technical Support Associate – International (US) Process | Work from Office




Location: [Kolkata]


Mode: Work from Office (WFO)


Shift: 24×7 Rotational (including night shifts)


Joining: Immediate or within 15 days




About the Role


We are hiring smart and energetic Technical Support Associates to join our US -based process. If you have good communication skills, basic technical understanding, and are ready to work in a dynamic workplace — this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:


- Handle technical support queries from international customers


- Provide prompt resolutions via calls and emails


- Maintain high -quality customer experience and professionalism in every interaction





Requirements
- Education:



Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate (B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA)


- Freshers & experienced candidates (up to 4 years)


- Excellent verbal communication skills


- Basic technical knowledge is a must


- Immediate joiners or max 15 days’ notice







Benefits

CTC: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3.2 LPA (based on experience)


Includes night shift allowance (up to ₹3,000/month)


One -way cab facility as per company policy
