Damyaa (PJ) Foods Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead Modern Trade and Cash & Carry business for the 9AM brand across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage key accounts including Raj Mandir, Sodhi, BKD, Kisan Mandi, Reliance Retail, DMart and other organised retail chains.

* Drive sales growth, product listings, new store openings and SKU expansion.

* Build relationships with buyers, category managers and retail decision-makers.

* Negotiate commercial terms, schemes, visibility and promotional plans.

* Manage merchandisers and promoters to ensure product availability, visibility and execution.

* Monitor sales, collections, stock availability, trade spends and account profitability.

* Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution across Delhi NCR.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in food, sauces, pickles or packaged foods.





* Strong experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management and Cash & Carry.

* Proven experience in product listings, retail negotiations and new account development.

* Experience managing merchandisers and promoters.

* Robust communication, negotiation, analytical and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
