Key Tasks/Responsibilities

Recent acquisition: Convince Booking Offices to associate with Blackbuck Freight Brokerage

Indent procurement: Influence newly KYCed booking offices to give indents for vehicle placement

Onboarding: Coordinating with Traffic team to ensure initial truck placement for newly KYCed Booking offices

Handover: Handover of newly onboarded BOs to Traffic team for further business operations

Cross functional coordination with Demand team to get Booking office leads and to give them Broker leads

Performance Metrics

New BO KYC

Indent Procurement

Initial Truck placement for successful onboarding
