- Be the on-camera face of Growthic across Instagram Reels and other video content.
- Ideate and create engaging content aligned with Growthic's brand, culture, services, and audience.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align on market goals and brand messaging.
- Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant, high-performing content.
- Develop and manage a multi-channel content strategy (focus on Instagram Reels, Stories, etc.).
- Produce visually engaging video content showcasing brand USPs.
- Track social media performance through defined KPIs and optimise accordingly.
- Actively engage with followers via comments, DMs, and mentions.
- Strengthen Growthics' brand identity through consistent tone, visuals, messaging, and storytelling.
