Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic sales professional with experience in electron microscopy, materials microscopy, or analytical instruments to drive business growth across North India. The candidate will be responsible for developing recent business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive direct sales of microscopy or analytical instruments across North India.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with research institutions, laboratories, universities, and industrial customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development to negotiation and order closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer accounts.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Experience

- 34 years of relevant experience in direct sales or technical sales.
- Preference for candidates with experience in electron microscopy or materials microscopy.
- Candidates with analytical instrument or scientific equipment sales experience may also be considered.
- Strong skills in lead generation, business development, customer relationship management, and sales negotiations.
- Ability to independently manage the assigned territory and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel across North India as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from microscopy, scientific instruments, analytical equipment, laboratory instruments, or materials characterization equipment sales will be preferred.

Interested candidates should have a strong track record in customer acquisition, direct sales, and business development.
