Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), or Operating Theater (OT).
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families regarding patient status.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- B.Sc degree in Nursing.
- 0-5 years of experience in Critical Care Nursing (ICU/HDU/OT).
- Delhi Nursing Council registration or State Registration required; must have current registration renewal.
