Qualifications

- A few months of Flutter development experience through projects or internships is preferable
- Experience working in a product-based company is preferred
- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets and rendering
- Hands-on experience with state management using BLOC and Provider (mandatory)
- Understanding of navigation, dependency injection, and application lifecycle
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON
- Familiarity with Firebase (RTDB, Authentication, Crashlytics, FCM)
- Knowledge of app performance optimization techniques
- Solid experience with Git and GitHub workflows, including pull requests, code reviews, and branching strategies
- Familiarity with Flutter, Dart, GetX, and Provider
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI-powered IDEs
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Fastlane and GitHub Actions is a plus
- Experience with Play Store and App Store deployments is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to ship features independently
- Product-oriented thinking with a focus on user experience, performance, and stability
- Proactive approach to identifying and suggesting improvements
