We are looking for a sales and marketing professional to support the sale of imported petrochemicals to customers across India. The role includes customer communication, sales coordination, post-sales operations and correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships through clear, timely communication.
- Coordinate orders and post-sales activities with customers and internal teams.
- Handle business correspondence and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Candidate requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; BBA preferred.
- Ideally 2–3 years of relevant sales, marketing or customer coordination experience. Fresh BBA graduates may also apply.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Organised, attentive to detail and comfortable following up with customers.
- Available for a full-time role working entirely from the office in Preet Vihar, New Delhi.
