Assistant Manager QA/QC

Experience: 710 years in QA/QC within Civil, PEB, or Oil & Gas projects.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory). ISO 9001, QA/QC, NDT, Six Sigma, or Welding Inspection certifications are preferred.

Lead QA/QC activities across construction projects, ensuring compliance with IS codes, quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.

Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS), including SOPs, Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and construction methodologies.

Conduct site inspections, material testing, vendor/subcontractor audits, and quality reviews while managing non-conformities, corrective actions, and quality documentation.





Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues, prepare MIS reports, and ensure successful project execution across multiple sites.

Drive continuous improvement through quality audits, training programs, process standardization, and adherence to best QA/QC practices in RCC, Structural Steel, PEB, MEP, and interior works.
