Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Life Sciences Business Analyst with strong expertise in pharmaceutical product launches, launch readiness, market access and commercialization. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to translate domain requirements into functional requirements, process improvements and technology-enabled solutions.

Mandatory Skills

- Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain experience
- Pharmaceutical product launch and launch-readiness experience
- Market access, pricing, reimbursement, payer strategy and patient access




- Understanding of the commercialization lifecycle from pre-launch to post-launch
- Experience working with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, HEOR, Pricing and Market Access teams
- Business requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories
- Understanding of market-access data, KPIs, business processes and analytics
- Agile, transformation or technology-implementation experience
- Workshop facilitation and solid written and verbal communication
