Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Wizard Lifestyle Services. The role will involve generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant services, conducting follow-ups, and converting prospects into paid customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, social media, society networks, corporate contacts, and other relevant channels.

• Contact potential customers and understand their requirements and service needs.

• Explain Wizard Lifestyle Services, packages, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospective customers.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads through calls and WhatsApp to drive conversions.

• Schedule and conduct customer meetings or service discussions whenever required.





• Convert qualified leads into paid customers and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer discussions, conversions, and pending opportunities in CRM/Excel.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth handover after a successful sale.

• Maintain skilled communication and build a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Identify opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and additional services.

• Prepare regular sales updates and reports for the reporting manager.

• Stay updated on Wizard Lifestyle Services, new offerings, pricing, and promotional activities.
