- Handle basic electrical repairs, including lights, switches, fans and fittings.
- Perform minor plumbing work, including tap repairs, leakages and flush maintenance.
- Carry out general property maintenance and minor repair work.
- Attend to daily maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure all facilities are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with specialised technicians for major repairs.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and general maintenance.
- ITI certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with practical technical knowledge may apply.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
