We are looking for a skilled MacBook Repair Technician with hands-on experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing Apple MacBooks. The candidate should be capable of identifying hardware and software issues and performing repairs efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair MacBook hardware issues, including display, keyboard, trackpad, battery, charging, and motherboard-related problems.
- Troubleshoot macOS installation, booting, performance, and software issues.
- Perform hardware component replacement and basic board-level diagnosis, depending on expertise.
- Conduct quality checks (QC) after every repair.
- Maintain repair records and update device status in the system.
- Handle devices carefully and follow company repair and security procedures.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
