- Store & Operations Management: Oversee daily functions, system operations, inventory, stock availability, and visual merchandising at the Jio Point.
- Sales & Revenue Targets: Drive targets for SIM cards, recharges, device sales (such as Jio AirFiber and smartphones), and home broadband services.
- Mass Distribution & Market Development: Build and expand the local distribution and retailer network within the assigned territory.
- Customer Care & Post-Sales Service: Handle customer walk-ins, resolve service queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team & Channel Training: Supervise, guide, and train store staff and channel partners.
- Cash & Utility Management: Manage daily cash deposits, cash handling, and utility payment services.
