DRS Pest Solutions is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote DRS Pest Solutions' services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
- Schedule appointments for the sales and service team.
- Explain pest control services, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), and pricing to customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Follow up with existing customers for service renewals and feedback.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.




- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely service.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or PUC/12th pass (Graduates preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or inside sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal communication in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Solid customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Lead generation and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good listening and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
