- Understand customers' requirements, preferences, budgets, and interior design needs.
- Recommend suitable imported marble varieties, colours, patterns, finishes, and sizes for different applications.
- Explain product quality, origin, uniqueness, durability, maintenance, and pricing to customers.
- Present marble options for flooring, bathrooms, kitchens, staircases, feature walls, and luxury residential interiors.
- Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders through effective product presentation and follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices within company guidelines, and close sales.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Build long-term relationships with homeowners, individual buyers, and renovation customers.
- Coordinate with inventory, billing, logistics, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain customer records, quotations, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
